How to
Start by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl. The dough will be tough and it will be hard to get it smooth. Still, leave it in the bowl for 1-2 hours, covered with a lid or plastic wrap.
Take it out and kneed it until it's got a smooth texture. Put it then back into the bowl for another hour of rest.
Take the dough out and cut it up into the preferred weight and make them into balls. Make sure to oil your containers to prevent the dough to stick.
Store in the fridge for at least 24 hours, or up to four days. Make sure to take them out of the fridge maybe an hour before use in order for them to warm up a bit before made into pizzas.
